Welcome to the AltoLab Sports World blog

AltoLab is the world’s most affordable and portable altitude simulator. AltoLab athletes come from all corners of the world and compete in many diverse sports. Some of them are very famous and many are not.  At AltoLab Sports World blog we want to share their stories and tell the history altitude training and how intermittent hypoxic training can benefit everyone, from Olympic champions to middle school soccer players, from weekend skiers to Himalayan trekkers and overweight couch potatoes. We hope that you find the information useful, informative and interesting. And, as a bonus to our AltoLab users, we will provide a free AltoLab hypoxic silo with the posts we can share.

I look forward to hearing back from you.
